Nothing fascinates me more than people - and the way we live and work together. This fascination has led me to engage with a wide variety of people and situations (and hopefully, there’s more to come).

These interactions sometimes go better, sometimes worse - but each one brings new insights and skills in dealing with others.

This curiosity and drive to understand social behavior eventually led me to study psychology.

Through my studies and my work, I’ve come to realize just how much valuable knowledge about human interaction and collaboration we miss out on if we don’t actively explore it.

How much more successful could we be if we approached our daily work with greater psychological awareness? If we knew how to communicate in a way that actually helps us get understood (or at least gives us a good chance)?

How much easier would things be if we knew how to show up with confidence and clarity - or if we better understood team dynamics and could work together more effectively?

My goal is to share this psychological knowledge!
(Ideally in a way that’s more engaging - and quicker - than a 5-year psychology degree.)
